Property Management Office Hours for Homeowners

The James Creek Management Office is open Monday through Friday, 8 am - 6 pm*.

Our Property Management (PM) team is dedicated to ensuring the smooth operating of our community. To better serve our homeowner, we have structured the office hours as follow:
  • 8:00am - 10:00am: General working hours for the PM team, focusing on routine HOA property management activities.
  • 10:00am - 12:00pm: Reserved for appointment - based consultations with homeowners. This time is dedicated to addressing complex tasks or issues that require in-depth discussion and confidentiality. To schedule an appointment, please click here.
  • 12:00pm - 2:00pm: Lunch break and reserved time for PM team to undertake various administrative tasks related to HOA management.
  • 2:00pm - 6:00pm*: Open walk-in hours for homeowners. During this time, the PM team is available to assist with any quick inquiries or homeowner tasks that do not require extensive discussion, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
  • For an urgent matters, please contact the property management office directly. We are committed to addressing your needs promptly.
 **The Management Office will close at 4pm on Fridays**
